Large bright facility. Easy to find. Family operated. Call ahead before walking in as they do multitask. Very hands on making sure correct size units at best price. Gives REALLY great deals on extra unit I needed temp. I forgot to buy some tape & mattress covers (sells supplies in office) He just let me use some tape and sharpie vs buying. Then gave me great tips for type of stuff I had to store. Even gave me a free pallet to keep my mattress of the floor. You CAN mng account on line. Tons of ad on services. Movers, Truck Rentals & 3rd party services. Took 2 minutes to do paperwork. Super Easy. Definitely worth going up the Rd one mile for better everything!
Do not know the guys name that I had a run in with but I was there loading my trailer up with my uncle and we were carrying a couch into the trailer. I had driven myself in my car and I was parked in one lane with my car and my uncle was parked in the other with his truck and the trailer we were loading up. Well the situation that happened was a large penske truck was trying to get to a unit in the same row that we were loading the trailer up so my car was in the way. I take fault for parking like that and I was going to move it but like I said at this same time me and my uncle literally had a couch in our hands carrying it to the trailer. While this is happening a man walks up... i assume he works there. and says "Who car is this, it needs to be moved right now we have a paying customer to take care of." Now I paid these people $850.00 for 6 months of storage at this place. I understand that my car was in the way and I was going to move it but to be that much of a jerk about it is completely uncalled for and not to mention I am also a "Paying customer" I am not knocking the facility but that just bad business if you ask me. I had planned to extend the storage for another 6 months but now I will not be if that the way I will be treated.
The owners are wonderful caring and helpful people. They go above and beyond
